Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Nursing Officer at Exalt Health. The Chief Nursing Officer will oversee the day-to-day operations of clinical departments, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budget management, staff development, and maintaining collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals.
