We are seeking an experienced and results driven E-Commerce Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our online promotional strategy as well as analyzing sales performance across our online platforms. As a member of our Sales Team, you will work with other team members and report to our VP of Sales.


What You Will Do:

·       Manage content, pricing, and promotional strategy for Vaxcel’s large product catalog across online B2B and Marketplace platforms.

·       Analyze sales performance metrics and the “sales funnel” to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats.

·       Develop & manage E-Commerce Platform Projects successfully within scope, timeline, and budget.

·       Collaborate with greater Sales & Marketing teams.

·       Develop, maintain, and measure process improvements pertaining to both the technology and the sales environment.

·       Enable the Company to deliver a great seamless online customer experience between many online platforms and a mix of branded vs. customer private label.

·       Drive increased adoption of cross-channel improvements in overall marketing efficiency and customer acquisition.

·       Work with cross-functional teams to drive conversions and new customer acquisition.

·       Data-backed decision making to provide sales strategies and action plans.


What You Will Bring:

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:

·       Strong analytical ability and experience manipulating data to develop recommendations; expertise in Excel.

·       5+ years in a sales or client-facing role.

·       Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools.

·       Ability to think both strategically & tactically with strong attention to detail.

·       Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success.

·       An ability to hit the ground running – a confident self-starter.

·       Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

·       A background in ecommerce account management, product management, project management, financial analysis and/or marketing.

Salary range for this position is $85,000 to $115,000. We offer the following benefits:
