Full time Urgent Care Veterinarian - New Opportunity + Great Salary A leading partner hospital is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Veterinarian to join its team in New Britain, CT. The ideal candidate will possess a DVM degree and experience in urgent care medicine. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality medical care to animals in an urgent care setting. Diagnose and treat a range of illnesses and injuries. Prescribe medications and treatments as needed. Perform surgeries as required. Maintain accurate patient records. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients about their pets' health and treatment plans. Ideal Candidate: This position is open to veterinarians of all experience levels, with special consideration given to new graduates. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise: DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program). Ability to manage a varied caseload, including urgent care and surgical cases. Work Environment: Flexible Schedule (including swing/second shifts with no wellness care).
