Company Description

The Kaplan Center for Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery is a full-service office located in Edgewater, NJ. We offer a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery services, including botox, fillers, liposuction, tummy-tuck, and breast augmentation. Our dedicated staff includes a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, Director of Operations, Office Manager, Patient Care Coordinator, Medical Aesthetician, Full-time R.N. Nurse Injector, and a Front Desk Administrator.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various clerical duties. The role is located in Edgewater, NJ.

Qualifications
  • Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in receptionist duties and clerical skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, such as computers, printers, and fax machines
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
