We are seeking customer service representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our providers, delivering exceptional support and addressing inquiries related to behavioral and physical health services. This role is remote and full-time.What You'll DoRespond to provider questions, emails, and calls in a timely and professional mannerAssist with navigating and resolving a variety of issues, including claims and continuity of careWork towards meeting and exceeding call center metricsManage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and courtesyMaintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and commentsCollaborate with provider relations and contracts teams to ensure seamless serviceContribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as neededWhat You'll NeedRequired: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in healthcare or customer service preferredExperience in customer service, ideally in a healthcare settingStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalismProficiency with computers and typical office softwareKnowledge of healthcare systems and terminology is a plusFlexibility to work holidays and extended hours as required by the departmentAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards. The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
