Job Description:

Lead global cash management, forecasting, investments and transactions. The position will be responsible for the Treasury Management System, bank account openings/closures, providing support for cash operations, and ad-hoc projects. This role will serve as the primary Treasury position in the organization.


Job Responsibilities:


Essential Job Functions:


Prepare cash forecasts and initiate funding and investments

Weekly and monthly reporting on cash position

Lead cross border intercompany settlements

Assist with cash repatriation planning and execution

Execution and coordination of Treasury items associated with bank account infrastructure, payments, and other financial activities

Oversite of vendor management

Research and respond to inquiries regarding cash related matters

Maintain and update standard operating procedures

Manage bank portals, Treasury workstation and Excel spreadsheets

Helps develop and implement strategic treasury initiatives

Prepare debt compliance reporting

Maintains accounts and documents and is responsible for monitoring, processing, and updating changes and activity for international and domestic bank accounts

Responsible for stock related matters including dividends, shareholder issues and annual proxy requirements

Responsible for the global insurance program

Takes lead on implementation of new bank accounts, software upgrades and system changes

Non-essential Job Functions:

Qualification Requirements:

  • BS in Finance preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with treasury systems, GTreasury preferred
  • Proficient at navigating banking portals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Great Plaines
  • 4+ years in a global Treasury department
  • CTP preferred


Working Environment: This is a position where accuracy and timeliness are essential. Interaction both internally and externally is a daily part of the position. This is a hybrid position with 1-2 days in the office weekly.
