A Spenga associate will warmly welcome, take care of existing members and manage new member sales.Qualifications1+ years' experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environmentExcellent customer service and sales skillsStrong problem solving and multitasking skillsMotivation, drive and reliabilityRequirementsSell memberships and retailRetain and increase client participationSet up, clean, and reset studio equipment after each sessionMaintain clean facilityPromote, sell and add to the Spenga culture in and out of the studioCompensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourSpenga is an exciting, rapidly growing company, with the goal of bringing the Best. Workout. Ever. to every neighborhood. Spenga stands for spin + strength + yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60-minute workout. With 50+ studios running and 250+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At Spenga, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our Spenga teams.
