The Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta is home to thousands of lakes and two primary riversthe Kuskokwim and Yukon.We offer a broad range of employment opportunities and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the health of people in the region.Position Summary: Provide direct clinical and administrative oversight of Emergency Services, Crisis Respite Center and CISM programs in the behavioral health department. Coordinate all facets of delivery of behavioral health services in the programs. Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Joint Commission, Medicaid, licensing, and all other regulations and laws.Position Qualifications:Masters degree in related field and/or Licensed Social Worker, LPC or LMFT, or Certification in Psychology.Two years supervisory experience in mental health treatment; history of increasing management responsibility; successful, past supervision of staff.Outpatient and Residential experience preferred.Licensed Social Worker, LPC or LMFT, or Certification in Psychology.Must have basic computer knowledge, and standard office equipment usage skills.Operate motor vehicle preferred.Responsible for ensuring that program policies, procedures, applicable state and national accreditation standards are met.Provide clinical guidance and supervision to team members.Ensures the treatment program makes necessary changes and updates to reflect current treatment philosophies and needs of the clients served.Knowledge and ability to comply with The Joint Commission standards, Medicaid regulations, and all applicable laws and regulations.Direct supervision of clinical staff and other staff as needed.
