In this role you will support client work on data planning, strategy, and execution manage the development and testing activities for the data migration process for S/4 HANA implementationslead the data team through the scope, extraction, mapping, and loading of both the master data sets & transactional data sets from multiple sources into SAP system through the project phases and go-liveDrive and support SAP Technology pursuits and Practice Development initiativesDevelop external eminence across the sub-capabilities in SAP The team Deloitte’s SAP practice helps clients move from legacy systems to enterprise-wide solutions by efficiently designing and implementing SAP solutions. Qualifications Required: 8 years’ relevant SAP consulting experience 4+ full life cycle SAP implementations of data migration projects3 years’ experience as a Data Lead - managing a team to deliver data migration solutionsExperience with Material, Customer, and Vendor Master Data conversionsStrong understanding of Data Migration Methodology (ETL) including profiling, cleansing, and validation activitiesExperience with using various data migration tools and solutions that apply to SAP data migration implementations (Syniti, BODS, MDG, etc.)Knowledge of ABAP Development Programming Skills S4 HANA implementation experienceHands-on functional configuration and design experience with the module/skill for the roleAbility to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serveBachelor’s degree or equivalent Desired: Knowledge of MDM solutions to create and maintain master dataExperience leading pre-sales, proposal, and RFPsSelf-developer on SAP S/4 and other SAP models that would require converted data in a transformation programPrior “Big 4” consulting experienceGreenfield implementation experienceExperience delivering projects using SAP ASAP & Agile methodologiesSignavio experienceMaster’s degree Information for applicants with a need for accommodation Wages + Salary The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625.
