In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, connecting small business owners with the tailored accounting and tax solutions they need to succeed. This is a consultative sales position focused on helping small business owners and providing exceptional value./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliManage a high-volume pipeline of qualified inbound leads, engaging with business owners who have expressed interest in our services./liliConduct thorough needs assessments to understand a clients specific business challenges and financial goals./liliLeverage your expertise to recommend and present the most suitable accounting and tax solutions./liliEducate business owners on the value of professional financial services, using a consultative approach to address their concerns and build trust./liliCollaborate with our Client Success and Account Management teams to ensure a smooth transition and long-term client satisfaction./liliAccurately and efficiently manage all client interactions and information within our CRM system./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliA minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales role, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets./liliPrior experience in a phone-based, high volume sales environment is highly preferred./liliExcellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and articulate complex information clearly and professionally./liliSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently./liliCollaborative and receptive to coaching, with a continuous improvement mindset./liliDemonstrated confidence in presenting solutions and making decisive recommendations./li/ulh3Compensation Benefits/h3ulliCompensation: Base Salary: A competitive base salary, commensurate with experience. Commission: Uncapped commission structure with a clear and transparent plan, providing significant upside potential for top performers. Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE): The average OTE for this role is between $60,000 and $200,000, with top performers exceeding this range./liliBenefits: Health Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options are available starting the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
