As part of the Walmart Marketplace org, the Marketplace API Ecosystem Product team is dedicated to building platforms that help streamline the process of connecting sellers with the right e-commerce software partners and drive success. Our Marketplace API partner integrations form a foundational part of our third-party application platform offering in the ecosystem to significantly streamline the application registration, onboarding, and go-live processes. We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager who will drive the product development to expand our platform portfolio and developer ecosystem. As a Senior Product Manager, you will not only own the long-term strategy of these tracks but also be responsible for growing Walmart Marketplace ecosystems. You will be leading these product areas with a team of engineers, designers, data scientists and business development managers in defining what success looks like within the rapidly evolving third party application partnerships and integration landscape.

  • You have a strong background in developing and managing API products, from conception to retirement.
  • You are well-versed in API fundamentals and the developer tools essential for effective API onboarding and adoption.
  • You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity, thriving in environments where you can navigate through complex challenges.
  • You are familiar with analytics tools like Looker and Mixpanel.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap for Walmart’s B2B data sharing ecosystem platforms.
  • Show bias for action into launching new features that streamline the developer experience with third party applications and expand the developer base.
  • Navigate a complex matrix organization including engineering and business teams to introduce top-tier integration products to the market.
  • Manage the continuous improvement to scale the application ecosystem by identifying, monitoring, and addressing partner pain points.
  • Collect and analyze partner feedback to refine and improve partner self-service workflows.
  • Support global API platform initiatives and analytics, focusing on third-party app integrations and business impact.
