This includes cleaning and services of rooms, baths, and other resident areas. Dusts furniture and equipment. Cleans windowsills, empties trash baskets, and arranges furniture in an orderly fashion. Performs a variety of related duties in resident areas. Performs floor, carpet and upholstery care.Minimum QualificationsKnowledge of floor care techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
