Sales and Customer Experience Intern

Location: Dallas, TX


Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to gain valuable experience in sales and customer service? Our client, a thriving company in Dallas, TX, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Summer Sales and Customer Experience Intern to join their team. This internship provides hands-on training and exposure to various aspects of the business, with fantastic opportunities for long-term employment upon successful completion.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and customer outreach activities.

- Learn and apply effective sales techniques to engage with potential customers and promote products or services.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of products or services.

- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and networking events to enhance sales and customer service skills.


Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus but not required.
