Job Responsibilities: 
 
  • Enhance clients' well-being and quality of life
  • Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
  • Assist with hygiene, mobility, and medication reminders
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
  • Offer transportation, meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry
  • Support daily living activities
  • Promote safety, healthy habits, and medication adherence
  • Provide companionship to reduce social isolation
  • Engage clients in activities to improve mental health
  • Communicate effectively and work independently
  • Identify and escalate unsafe conditions and emergencies
  • Navigate diverse client personalities and home environments
