This role supports marketing activities for commercial properties while providing high-level administrative and operational support to brokerage producers.Primary Responsibilities And QualificationsProperty MarketingCreate marketing materials including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and social media contentPartner with internal teams to develop property marketing collateral and manage timelinesMaintain property marketing materials, presentations, and client deliverablesManage property listings across platforms (CoStar, LoopNet, MyListings) for accuracyCoordinate photography, videography, signage installation/removal and vendor servicesCoordinate broker events and open housesTransaction SupportDevelop meeting materials including market surveys, tour books, and competitive setsConduct site search analysis utilizing GIS data and analyst reportsCreate and edit presentations, pitches, and client deliverables for prospect meetingsMaintain contact/distribution lists and email distribution schedulesPrepare deal documents including, including but not limited to RFPs, LOIs, renewal letters, and status reportsMonitor deal progress and update CRM databasesTrack client projects from start to completionAdministrative SupportTrack and process expense reports according to company policiesCoordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and provide general administrative supportManage email correspondence ensuring timely response and follow-upRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred1-2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or commercial real estate supportAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Working proficiency in Adobe InDesign and CanvaExceptional organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize/multi-task effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detailSelf-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional teamTravel required
