Scrum Master / Project Coordinator (Pipeline Development Team) Location: Atlanta, GA / New Jersey (Onsite) Type: Contract Job Description We are seeking a Scrum Master / Project Coordinator to support our Pipeline Development Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, deep knowledge of Azure DevOps and Agile practices, and proven experience coordinating multiple tracks of work across cross-functional teams. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of Agile ceremonies, dependency management, and project tracking. Key Responsibilities Project & Pipeline Coordination Manage project boards, monitor work item completion, and ensure timely delivery. Track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams. Coordinate migration schedules and app team commitments for smooth execution. Scrum Master Responsibilities Conduct Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint demos, and retrospectives. Identify, track, and resolve blockers/impediments in collaboration with stakeholders. Support the team in adopting Agile and DevOps best practices. Stakeholder Communication Provide regular status updates, report on risks and issues, and escalate when needed. Attend SOS and other cross-team meetings to ensure alignment across initiatives. Collaborate effectively with developers, project leads, and business stakeholders. Process & Continuous Improvement Promote Agile principles and pipeline best practices within the team. Support continuous improvement in project execution and delivery quality. Leverage Azure DevOps and related toolsets for backlog management, reporting, and tracking. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Extensive knowledge of Azure DevOps and related DevOps toolsets. Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum principles with proven experience leading ceremonies. Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and provide project governance. Experience coordinating multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Bonus: Experience with Azure DevOps data migration and project management.
