Sales Development RepresentativeThis entry-level position is a perfect opportunity to start and build a career in the sales industry. This position will be on the front line for generating interest in Red River's service offerings. Sales Development Representatives make cold calls to prospects to identify decision-makers, qualify sales leads, and set up appointments for Account Executives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable sales experience, skills and potentially grow into an Account Executive role.Primary Position Tasks:Uncover opportunities for Account Executives to sell innovative offerings for IT Managed Services, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice solutions and more.Make effective use of the telephone, email, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Outreach IO, social media and other sales toolsWork to achieve monthly quotas for qualified sales opportunitiesWork closely with the Sales team to schedule meetings and uncover new sales opportunitiesWork closely with marketing to manage inbound sales leads and develop pipelineLive and breathe Outreach for lead and opportunity managementMinimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:Entry level sales experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceAbility to prospect for new business by phone for long hoursAbility to build professional rapport by telephone, email, and LinkedIn with prospects at Executive, or C levelAbility to uncover opportunities via phone conversation, email, LinkedIn through probing questionsPreferred Education/Certification/Experience:Preferred experience using Outreach IO, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn - Sales NavigatorKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong consulting and communication skillsConfidence and experience in front of clientsStrong ability to work in a team-based environmentAbility to be a self-starter and possess good time management skillsBe resilient, coach-able, and natural at prospectingPossess excellent organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-taskHave a strong focus on day-to-day operational excellenceHave a personal style that builds trust and inspires loyaltyShould be motivated, proactive, and an active listenerEssential Elements:Desk Position: This position is an office position that requires remaining in a stationary position for multiple hours throughout the workday.Office or Remote Position: This position requires the ability to continuously communicate with co-workers throughout the day utilizing Red River approved and/or provided communication tools and equipment.Basic Qualifications:U.S. Citizenship RequiredRed River offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits and an exceptional work environment.Red River is an equal opportunity employer.
