Superintendent - Multifamily Project - Savannah, Georgia.



Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent specializing in stick frame multifamily projects to manage a high specification project with a duration of 2 years.



The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction operations, ensuring that this excellent project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering ground up Multifamily Projects and possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill

    Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Wood Frame construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from

  • e project teams.Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Mi
  • crosoft Project.OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certificat
