Project Management, Sr. AnalystThis position is remote and available in CST and EST time zones. The role is full-time and can be based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, New York, New York, or remotely within the United States. As a CBRE Project Management, Sr. Analyst, you will partner with the sales team to support the business and operating model. This job is part of the Sales function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients.Responsibilities include:Management and maintenance of the market databaseTracking progress and issuing periodic updates to leadershipManaging the input of leads into the tracking systemEnsuring tracking reports and dashboards are accurate and completed on timePreparing materials for the execution of proposalsWorking with cross-functional teams both internal and external for proposal generationHigh level of communication skills requiredAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadline requirementsActing as the local software expert, assisting BDM's, support staff, and management in the use of the toolHaving some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying themLeading by example and modeling behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE valuesImpacting the quality of own workWorking within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlinesExchanging straightforward information, asking questions, and checking for understandingRequirements include:Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.Compensation for the Project Admin / Coordinator position ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 annually.
