This role defines and drives the technology product strategy, grounded in deep technical product management expertise, and ensures alignment across engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes. The Director leads the development of integrated product roadmaps, Agile delivery models, and technical planning processes that accelerate throughput, improve quality, and maximize customer value.In parallel, the Director oversees the Agile Coaching team, setting the enterprise-wide coaching strategy and guiding the adoption of Agile frameworks across technology and business domains. This includes embedding Agile practices into delivery teams, enabling continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and technical excellence. improvementGuides creation of multi-year roadmaps integrating product vision, engineering capabilities, and Agile maturity to accelerate value realization.Practice and Process LeadershipLeads Agile delivery performance and continuous improvement through data-driven practices and technical insightDefines and tracks Agile delivery metrics across technical product teams (e.g., velocity, lead time, deployment frequency)Drives continuous improvement in planning and execution using Agile and Lean principlesProvides strategic direction for reporting and analytics to support data-informed decisions across product, engineering, and architectureEnsures visibility into delivery health, technical outcomes, and business impactCommunication & Business EngagementAligns technology and business stakeholders through clear communication and shared product visionServes as a strategic liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and delivery mentorship, continuous learning, and technical excellenceDefines role expectations and accountability frameworks in partnership with Technology leadershipLeads the Agile Coaching function, guiding information systems, business administration, or a related field or equivalent experience8 years of experience in an area of supervisor with at least 3 years of management responsibilityCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile Product Management certificationAgile Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Agilist (SA) certification or other certificationPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree (MBA or MS in a technical discipline) is strongly preferred10+ years of progressive technology product management, software engineering, or IT delivery roles5+ years in a senior leadership role managing product managers or cross-functional Agile delivery teamsPragmatic Institute Product Management CertificationPMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)Certified
