Opening for Experienced Orthopedic Surgeon in Ennis, TX Dallas 30mFull TimePermanent Position Join a dual-location practice in Central Texas, serving two communities approximately 50 miles apart. Seeking a BC orthopedic surgeon to provide general orthopedic care, including clinic and OR time in both locations. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience and be comfortable practicing solo in a smaller-town setting. Spanish bilingual skills are preferred, and APP support will be added as the practice grows. Position Highlights: - General orthopedic surgery practice with weekly rotation between two facilities. - Solo practice in smaller communities with APP support planned as patient volume increases. - 10 days of call monthly, with pay for additional call days if desired. Compensation and Benefits: - Competitive compensation at MGMA median or better, based on experience. - Quarterly productivity bonus opportunities. - $50,000 sign-on bonus. - Student loan assistance. - Comprehensive benefits package. - Additional perks include a hunting/fishing license, if desired.
