Accounts Payable Representative

Main Job Tasks & ResponsibilitiesMatches and codes invoices to purchase orders and/or receiving documentation for data entryCode master card receipts and fuel receipts Performs data entryResearches and resolves accounts payables issues with vendorsCommunicates with various departments to obtain necessary information Receptionist rotation, daily mail pickup and drop off at the post office as neededResponsibilities and tasks outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the companySkills & RequirementsSkills acquired from previous accounts payable experience Proficient with Microsoft Office applicationsStrong communication, customer service, and organizational skillsEducation & ExperienceMinimum high school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of accounts payable experience Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
