Job Description We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented MRI Technicians to join our network of professionals. As an MRI Tech, you will operate advanced imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and accurate results. Responsibilities: Perform MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. Position patients correctly and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation. Operate and maintain MRI equipment to capture clear, accurate images. Follow safety guidelines to protect patients and staff from unnecessary exposure to magnetic fields. Monitor patients during scans and respond promptly to any signs of distress. Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses. Uphold patient confidentiality and provide compassionate, professional care. Requirements Associate's degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology or MRI Technology from an accredited program. ARRT (MR) certification required (or registry eligible with plan to complete certification). Current state licensure (if applicable). BLS/CPR certification. 1+ year of MRI Tech experience (preferred; new grads may be considered). Strong knowledge of MRI technology, safety protocols, and imaging principles. Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
