For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits.Basic Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderNo high school diploma, GED or college degree requiredOne (1) year of prior related work experience required and on the job training providedPreferred Qualifications:One (1) year of prior leadership experience preferredResponsibilities:Initiate, plan, schedule and evaluate the work, activities and resources of crews or team membersInstruct and train employees team members in the performance of their duties and in the proper use of equipmentEnforce and abide by safety standards and regulationsCoordinate work across multiple teams on joint projectsSchedule and assign active work orders and monitors backlog, staffing requirements, staffing capabilities and previous work carryoverDevelop appropriate work plans and cost estimates by analyzing tasks and determining resources requiredEstimate cost of direct labor, materials, tools, equipment, and contract services; and tracks actual vs estimated costsEnsure all work-related materials and labor are entered into the work management systemEnforce departmental policies, procedures and safety rules and regulationsSupervise and participate in the layout, design, and fabrication of signsWrite specifications, orders, and maintain an inventory of supplies, materials, and equipmentA good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
