Accounting AssociateThis Accounting Associate will be responsible for processing payroll for 70 employees on a weekly basis using Paylocity. The role involves administering benefits and managing payroll tax. Additionally, the Accounting Associate will support the sales department by ensuring invoices are processed correctly and in a timely manner.ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll for 70 employees weekly using Paylocity.Administer employee benefits.Manage payroll tax responsibilities.Support the sales department by ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.Essential SkillsExperience with payroll processing.Knowledge of benefits administration.Ability to work with pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel.Proficiency in payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing.At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration.Work EnvironmentThe position is within a family-owned company where you will be utilizing technologies such as Excel and payroll systems like Paylocity. The work environment is supportive and values accurate and timely processing of payroll and invoices.Job Type & LocationThis is a contract to hire position based out of Lebanon, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00/hr.
