As a Security Officer Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.What's in it for you:Site location: Lower North Philadelphia, PASet schedule 1: Part-time, 1st shift, Friday and Saturday 7AM-3PM (16 hours per week)Set schedule 2: Part-time, 2nd shift, Friday and Saturday 3PM-11PM (16 hours per week)Competitive hourly wage of $18 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees)A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance optionsCareer growth opportunities at GardaWorldUniform provided at no costResponsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard:Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitorsManage access controlPerform regular patrols to identify potential risksInspect security equipment and report any maintenance needsRespond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teamsAnswer questions in person or by phoneWrite incident reports and communicate security concernsEnsure the safety and protection of individuals and propertyQualifications for Concierge Security Guard:Be authorized to work in the U.S.Be able to provide documentation of high school diploma or GEDBe able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening processExceptional customer service skillsProficient in basic phone & computer skillsIf you have security, military, law enforcement experience even betterYou have a state license if requiredIn the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be certified by Great Place to Work.
