Videographer & Photographer

Job Overview:

The Revel Group, management company of WildSide and Anakeesta Adventure Parks, is seeking a passionate and skilled Content Creator/Videographer/Photographer to join our Creative team dedicated to bringing the magic of our entertainment properties to life through captivating visuals. As a Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling narratives through photography and videography, building and maintaining a rich content library, contributing to social media content creation, editing diverse media, planning shoots, and brainstorming innovative ideas to elevate our brand.

This role is hybrid and will work both on site in Gatlinburg and also in our convenient Downtown Knoxville office.

Responsibilities

Photography and Videography:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos that showcase the magic and beauty of the property and visitors.
• Ensure visual content aligns with the brand identity and resonates with the target audience.

Content Library Management:

• Build and curate a comprehensive content library, organizing and cataloging assets for easy retrieval.
• Collaborate with various departments to fulfill content requests and maintain a well-rounded collection.

Social Media Content Creation:

• Assist in the creation of engaging social media content, collaborating with the social media lead to align visuals with goals.
• Stay informed about social media trends to enhance content strategy.

Editing and Post-Production:

• Edit photos and videos to perfection, ensuring a consistent and polished visual style.
• Collaborate with the design team to maintain cohesive branding across all visual content.

Shoot Planning and Coordination:

• Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots, including location scouting, talent coordination, and equipment management.
• Ensure all logistics are in place for a smooth and successful shoot.

Ideation and Brainstorming:

• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm new and unique ideas for content creation.
• Contribute creative input to enhance the overall storytelling experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience in brand photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Experience in shooting people-focused and environmental focused photography and videography.
• Proficiency in video and photo editing software (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
