The company has received industry awards, including Specialty Carrier of the Year and E-Commerce Delivery Carrier of the Year, and has been recognized by Global Trade Americas as a leading 3PL to watch.We are proud to offer highly competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including:Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays401(k) plan with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insuranceShort- and long-term disability plansLife and accidental death & dismemberment insuranceJob referral bonus programPosition Pay Range: $19.00-$21.00 per hourResponsibilitiesThe Coordinator, International (CHB) is responsible for clerical and administrative tasks to support the Customs Entry Writers and the entry preparation process.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze and prepare electronic entry documents.Analyze and key information from documents into the operating system.Manage workflow tasks.Document tracking.Create entry packets by maintaining and combining electronic documents.File turnover preparation.Entering billing / notes as needed.Perform tasks according to internal and external SOPs in a timely and accurate manner.Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsThe qualifications listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.SKILLS AND ABILITIESProficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.Time management skills and ability to work with high volumes of tasks on tight deadlines.Ability to compare and analyze data on electronic documents.Excellent verbal and written communication.High attention to detail.Ability to read and interpret general business documents. Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence.
