Analyst/Sr Analyst, AAdvantage Co-Brand PartnershipsLocation: DFW Headquarters Building 8 (DFW-SV08) Cities: Dallas - TXWhy You'll Love This JobThis job is member of the Citi Acquisitions team within the Commercial Organization.Responsible for leading the strategy and executing initiatives that drive innovation and growth for our AAdvantage program.This role manages the strategy, growth and acquisitions of the Inflight acquisitions channel.What You'll DoBenchmarks co-brand credit card products, propositions, and campaigns with alternatives in the marketplace and identifies opportunities to improve customer experience and increases realization of portfolio objectivesCollaborates with issuer, network, agency, and internal stakeholders to plan and execute innovative projectsCreates, revises, and/or analyzes complex contracts and proposals to ensure value maximization and to support negotiations with third-party partnersDevelops reports and presentations that help the senior leaders navigate through key issues in the partnership and make decisions to maximize valueServe as an internal advocate for co-brand card products in cross-functional working groups and business teamsDevelop and support ongoing communications plans, including coordination with agencies, copywriting, ensuring adherence to brand standards and receiving internal workgroup approvalsAll You'll Need For SuccessMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, or equivalent experience/training3 years of work experiencePreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceMaster of Business Administration or graduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics or related fieldPrior experience in loyalty marketing, credit card marketing, or financial servicesSkills, Licenses & CertificationsExceptional business acumen with firm grasp of marketing principles, economic concepts, and customer-focused mindsetKnowledge of AAdvantage co-brand credit card products and propositions as well as consumer alternativesStrong quantitative skills with demonstrated experience in data modeling and analysisEffective organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple and shifting prioritiesCompelling written and oral communication skills capable of influencing others across levels of the organizationInitiative to identify areas of interest beyond those that are specifically assignedWhat You'll GetTravel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
