MEMCO is hiring for a SCAFFOLD YARD SUPERVISOR in Atlanta Full-time and Long-termSchedule: 6:30am-5pm; Mon-FriStarting ASAP Job Overview:MEMCO is seeking a Scaffold Yard Supervisor to oversee daily scaffold yard operations, ensuring materials, inventory, and personnel are managed safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role supervises yard staff, enforces safety policies, maintains equipment readiness, and coordinates closely with Operations and Dispatch to support field crews.Key Responsibilities:Supervise yard employees and temporary laborEnforce all safety policies and conduct daily safety briefingsInspect incoming and outgoing scaffold materials for accuracy and conditionMaintain accurate paperwork and inventory tracking for all equipment movementOrganize yard layout to separate rent-ready, damaged, and chargeable equipmentEnsure damaged equipment is documented and repaired properlyPerform daily and weekly truck auditsMonitor inventory levels and report shortages to managementOversee preventive maintenance and daily equipment inspectionsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and warehouse environmentTrain and develop yard personnelPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of yard, warehouse, construction, or scaffolding experiencePrior supervisory or lead experience preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailA pre-employment drug screen is requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift 50 lbs. or moreAbility to bend, squat, crouch, and work indoors/outdoors as requiredMEMCO is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
