Client Services Associate (CSA)


A Registered Investment Advisor company (RIA) located in the Aventura, FL area; is looking to hire on full-time basis a Client Services Associate based. (No-Licenses Required) One day per week after the first few months will be acceptable, even though on-site work is preferable.



Main Responsibilities


  • Assist financial advisors in preparing client financial plans, including gathering data, generating reports, and conducting research as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule client meetings and appointments, coordinate logistics, and prepare materials to support advisor-client interactions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, collecting necessary documentation and ensuring a seamless transition to our services.
  • Proactively identify and address client issues and concerns, collaborating with internal teams to find timely and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Back Office, and Investment Committee teams to manage client accounts, including generating client proposals, processing transactions, updating account information, and maintaining accurate records.



Qualifications


  • At least three years experience in the financial services industry working in a Client Services role or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Series 65 preferred (not required) Candidate will have the opportunity to get the Series 65 license
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction
  • Ability to handle client inquiries and provide timely resolutions
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM software (i.e.: Salesforce or similar)
  • Fully Bilingual: English and Spanish
