In this role, you will lead critical internal and external facing HR projectsincluding employee experience, talent programs, benefits program renewals, and compliance initiativesdriving operational excellence and scalability. You will partner closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align HR projects with business goals, ensuring smooth execution and measurable impact.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:HR Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end HR projects, such as talent acquisition strategies, performance management enhancements, benefits renewal, focal cycle programs, and employee engagement programs.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to drive alignment and successful execution of HR priorities.Change Management: Lead change initiatives to support organizational growth, and workforce transformations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption.Risk & Compliance: Ensure HR projects align with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and company policies, mitigating risks related to compliance and employee relations through partnership with Legal and Compliance teams.Resource & Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Performance Metrics & Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure the success of HR initiatives, leveraging insights to continuously refine strategies.Project Standardization & Documentation: Creating and refining project playbooks and processes to ensure HR programs are consistent, repeatable, and scalable.QualificationsRequired:Experience: 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in HR-related projects within a tech environment.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field; PMP, PMI-ACP, or HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SPHR) preferred.HR & Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HRIS platforms, and data-driven HR strategies.Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.Leadership & Influence: Ability to drive cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and present to senior executives.Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to navigate complex HR and organizational challenges.Adaptability: Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth tech companies with evolving priorities.
