As the Vice President, Pricing Strategy & Execution, you will shape and drive value-based pricing strategies across all HPE business units, collaborating closely with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT. You will lead a high-impact team, deliver sustainable margin growth, and be a transformational leader influencing change across a global, matrixed organization.This position can be based anywhere in the United States.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a unified global pricing strategy aligned with HPE's business objectives.Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing pricing team, overseeing tools, systems, and processes.Partner with business unit leaders to implement value-based pricing and ensure contract compliance.Drive customer profitability analysis and introduce innovative pricing models to maximize margins.Lead complex change initiatives and foster alignment across diverse global stakeholders.About You10+ years of leadership experience in pricing strategy, ideally within IT, software, or telecom industries.Track record of building strong teams and potentially leading a significant revamp of the pricing function, including organizational redesign and recalibration.Proven success in developing and executing pricing strategies for complex products and services.Experience leading in large, global, matrixed organizations and influencing at the executive level.Deep industry expertise and a track record of driving margin growth.Strong analytical, negotiation, and change management skills.Why HPE?Join a global leader in technology where your strategic vision and expertise will drive company-wide impact. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. United States of America: Annual Salary USD 196,000 - 392,000 in Massachusetts // 196,000 - 429,000 in California & New York // 187,000 - 429,000 in Connecticut & Georgia & New Hampshire & North Carolina & TexasThe listed salary range reflects base salary.
