Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT)- Travel or Local Contract in a Skilled Nursing Facility in St. Charles, MN. Productivity standards are 80-85%. 1:1 patient care for all Medicare patients. This is a beautiful facility with a well-spaced Rehab Gym, Supportive Assistants, Dedicated Nursing, and an Administrative team.
