Complex General Manager - AC/HH Hotel and Toscana Restaurant- Lansing, MichiganWe are hiring a Complex General Manager for our AC/HH Hotel and Toscana Restaurant located near Michigan State University. This 156-room hotel has approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, an indoor pool and fitness center. This property will also include oversight of a 139 room Hyatt House that is attached to the AC Hotel. The AC Hotel is home to the Toscana Restaurant and Bar. It is part of the Red Cedar Development, a mixed-use development that includes student housing, market-rate apartments, these two hotels and an assisted living facility, as well as restaurants, retail space, public park space and a connection to the Lansing River Trail.The Ideal CandidateOrganized, detailed oriented and able to lead a winning team of passionate and service driven hospitality professionals.Strong sales background and established networking skills.Proven ability to drive GSS.Effective in hiring, mentoring and leading a team toward outstanding results.Able to deliver outstanding financial results.Full Service and F&B experience requiredPrior GM experience required, Marriott & Hyatt experience desirable.As a General Manager, you will be instrumental in hiring, motivating and rewarding a winning management team supporting our company's mission statement and embracing our cornerstones.
