Retail Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of customer service, running registers, merchandising, and store maintenance.Primary Responsibilities include: Greeting and acknowledging every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long term customer loyalty, accurately and efficiently managing cash register transactions, being an Ollie's store and inventory expert, and assisting with freight logistics and learning how great retailers merchandise their products.Qualifications include: A high school diploma or equivalent preferred, happy to train new associates who may not have 6 months of prior retail experience, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis, and a positive attitude and team player who wants to delight and serve customers. Physical Requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push and pull up to 35 pounds.Ollie's is an equal opportunity employer.
