Primary Care Internal Medicine Opening - Bourbon, IN Located 32m to South Bend J1/H1b Eligible Position Details - Full-time, permanent- Mon-Fri 8a-5p- 1:7 call (phone call only)- Conventional Primary Care practice treating chronic disease management; dressing changes; sutures; biopsies; pap smears; joint injection/aspiration- Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections may be performed.- Treating pediatrics to geriatrics- Candidate will join one Nurse Practitioner- Average patient census per day is 18-22- Opportunities for teaching residents- EMR: Epic Compensation/Benefits - Competitive salary range in line with MGMA standards. Provider may submit salary expectations- Relocation assistance provided in accordance with policy- Malpractice paid by corporation, including tail insurance- Health/dental/vision/disability/life insurance/retirement benefits- 27 days off per year; 7 holidays; 5 days and $3,000 for CME- $3,000 per year for professional journals, dues, and memberships About the Group - Network includes over 20 practice sites with over 70 primary care and specialist physicians - Non-profit, full service, multi-hospital health care system with three hospitals and multiple satellite facilities. - Located in North Central Indiana the network comprised of a 254-bed acute care hospital in South Bend/Mishawaka, a 58-bed acute care hospital in Plymouth, a 40-bed Rehabilitation Institute and 20 physician practices.
