If you are ambitious, proven, and have a passion for delivering flawless customer service, we want to hear from youResponsibilities:Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurantTrain and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guestsManage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standardsAssist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controlsProvide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targetsHandle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionallyMaintain a clean and organized restaurant environmentCollaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvementsRequirements:At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality roleProven ability to lead and motivate a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyUnderstanding of food safety regulations and proven methodsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredThis position offers a robust benefits package, Health Savings Account, Short & Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Legal Plan, Pet Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, 401(K) Plan + Company Match, Paid Time Off, Employee Resource Group(s), Tuition Reimbursement program through Colorado Technical University, and much, much more (Full Time / Part-Time must work at least 30 hours a week)Assistant Manager Compensation Range: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour; depending on location.Flynn Group is an equal opportunity employer.
