Registered Nurse

Qualifications:

• Valid and active Registered Nurse license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive and effective patient care
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and provide support and guidance
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to professional standards, hospital policies, and legal regulations
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities
