What You'll Do

Control access to restricted areas by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points at the transportation location. Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and/or passengers with inquiries and directions while following site-specific policies. Carry out security-related procedures and respond to incidents or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report irregularities.

Monitor surveillance equipment and/or alarms to identify potential security-related concerns. Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols. Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel as directed during emergency response activities. Minimum Requirements:A guard card or security-related license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
