This role bridges Finance, Transformation Office and Operations, providing actionable insights to optimize cost, improve service levels, and drive strategic supply chain decisions. You will analyze end-to-end supply chain financials and deliver clear reporting and recommendations.Responsibilities:Analyze financial performance across the supply chain and provide insight into cost drivers and opportunities.Support monthly closing, forecasting, and annual budgeting for supply chain-related expenses.Develop and maintain financial models for inventory valuation, warehousing, and procurement costs.Partner with procurement team to assess vendor performance, cost savings initiatives, and sourcing decisions.Monitor and report key supply chain financial metrics (e.g., inventory turns, cost per unit, cost-to-serve).Support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments tied to supply chain strategies.Ensure data accuracy and integrity across ERP and financial systems for supply chain transactions.Work closely with accounting during period-end to ensure proper accruals and cost allocations.Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at process improvement and cost optimization.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's or MBA is a plus)Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, supply chain analytics, or operations financeStrong understanding of supply chain processes, cost structures, and financial reportingSkills: Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools a plus)Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholdersEffective problem-solving and project management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer goods industryKnowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and logistics financeFamiliarity with Agile, Lean/Six Sigma principles or supply chain optimization frameworksBenefits Offered:401(k) matchingMedical, Rx, Dental and Vision insuranceDisability insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth savings accountLife insuranceTuition reimbursementPaid vacation and personal daysPaid holidaysEmployee Assistance ProgramAnnual bonus program to eligible employee's based upon organization performanceSalary Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $69,323 - $105,074Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gend
