Position Overview:

As a Loan Processor at Lock It Lending, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. While previous mortgage processing experience is not mandatory, we are looking for individuals who possess key attributes such as optimism, a structured approach to tasks, strong spatial visualization, responsiveness, and excellent social skills. 


Previous Experience: Not mandatory


Language Skills: Preferred: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review loan application files to verify that application data is complete and meets the establishment standards, including type and amount of mortgage, borrower assets, liabilities, and length of employment
  • Collaborate with loan officers and mortgage underwriters to gather additional information or documentation required to finalize the loan application.
  • Obtain and verify that all loan documentation, such as title insurance, appraisals, loan applications, credit reports, and income and employment verifications, is accurate and complete.
  • Input loan data into our company's loan system and ensure all data is accurate.
  • Coordinate with loan closers and schedule and confirm the date of loan closing.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal departments to expedite the loan process.
  • Adhere to regulatory and company guidelines to ensure compliance.


Compensation:

Starting at $3,000 per month, complemented by monthly production bonuses.
