Join Our Team as a Bilingual Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist We are looking for a meticulous and trustworthy Bilingual Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will possess exceptional accounting expertise and fluency in Spanish to effectively communicate with our primarily Spanish-speaking clients. Key Responsibilities: Maintain Financial Records: Accurately document all financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger bookkeeping, and invoicing. Client Communication: Engage with clients directly, using your bilingual skills to provide excellent service to our Spanish-speaking clientele. Process Payments & Collections: Oversee invoice processing, payments, and collections to minimize overdue accounts and maintain financial health. Financial Reporting: Create monthly financial statements and reports, assist with budgeting efforts, and support annual audit processes. Account Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts to ensure precise and current financial records. Compliance & Documentation: Keep organized and accessible records, ensuring adherence to all internal accounting procedures. Additional Details: Programs Used: QuickBooks Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST or 10 AM - 6 PM CST Interview Preference: Mornings Gender Preference: None
