Senior Product ManagerZoom is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development of user-centric, AI-powered products. This role combines SaaS-based collaboration products, AI fluency, and user experience design to create seamless workflows across desktop, mobile, and enterprise environments.About the team: You'll partner closely with leaders across AI, Design, and Engineering to craft intuitive, scalable solutions that connect users, applications, and data effortlessly. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of AI innovation and human-centered design, translating complex problems into elegant, user-friendly experiences.ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with AI and UX teams to integrate AI-driven, conversational, and predictive experiences across workflowsLeading product discovery, roadmap development, and cross-functional coordination with designers, engineers, and fellow PMsEnsuring all features launch with measurable impact, adoption metrics, and user satisfaction throughout the product lifecycleTransforming customer pain points into scalable, data-informed product solutionsChampioning platform-agnostic user experiences that create a unified journey from download through setup to ongoing engagementWorking with Engineering, Design, AI, and security teams to maintain compliance, scalability, and innovation standardsWhat We're Looking For5-7+ years of product management experience in SaaS or communications platformsKnowledge of AI user experience, conversational interfaces, or workflow automationComprehensive understanding of enterprise software development, particularly in voice, video, or messagingExperience developing desktop and cross-platform products (Windows and Mac)Proficiency with enterprise integrations (Salesforce, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms)Data-driven approach with robust execution skills and focus on measurable outcomesGrowth mindset with ability to excel in a dynamic, high-impact environmentSalary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $124,000.00 Maximum: $271,200.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus, and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
