*Position Details and Responsibilities*
* 1:1 patient care
* Working with patients with g-tube, trach, and/or ventilator
* Documenting electronically
* Patient assessments

This position is open to CNAs in Pueblo, Colorado, and with part-time, full-time, PRN, and per diem positions available in the home care setting

Salary: starting at $18.00 / hourly

Work Location: Patient Home Setting, In-person

Scheduling options (depending on location):
* Day shift
* Evening shift
* Overnight shift
* Weekend availability

As a Team Select CNA, begin your day with a smile and a whole heart as you arrive at your patient’s home to start care. You are greeted with a warm _hello _from the patient’s previous caretaker and log into your easily accessible EMR platform to check your patient’s notes.

*Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications*
* Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in Colorado
* Maintains a current CPR certification
* BLS Certification (Preferred)
* CNA
