Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst Level 2Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems Sector is seeking a Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst level 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located at Oklahoma City, OK to support Aircraft Solutions program control and intracompany ERP transition.Roles and Responsibilities:Setup, monitoring, and controlling program costs and schedulesPerforming analyses and preparing reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parametersPreparing budgets and schedules for contract workIncorporating contracts changes into control systemsReviewing and managing intracompany work orders and converting them to single project charging activitiesEstimate and completion and forecast related activitiesPerforming miscellaneous financial analysis as requiredBasic Qualifications:Requires a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting, Aerospace and Defense, or related professional experience; or a Master's degree with 0 years in Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting, Aerospace and Defense, or related professional experience or 6 years with a HS Diploma (or equivalent) may be accepted in lieu of degreeRequires experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelRequires experience with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tool, Business Intelligence and Analytics tool, Project Management and Planning tool and/or Collaboration and Integration toolsMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needsPreferred Qualifications:Active DoD Secret level security clearanceExperience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program SchedulingAerospace/Defense Industry experienceExperience with material cost managementEarned Value Management System (EVMS) experienceExperience working in Deltek CobraPrimary Level Salary Range: $62,100.00 - $93,100.00
