This organization has been a leader, specializing in community health care, rehabilitation, perioperative services, imaging, emergency, orthopedic care, and 25+ fields of medicine for the local community. Having expanded across multiple clinics, a hospital expansion and service line growth, the team of talented healthcare leaders, physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners specialize in an array of services ensuring quality care at this hospital known for its award-winning and compassionate patient care. Ranking as one of the best Level III Trauma Medical Centers in Colorado the evolution of this team is just getting started.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Oncology, endocrinology, or diabetes outpatient setting. The Outpatient Clinics Nurse Manager will report directly to the Ambulatory Service Line Director. This person will be supported by an assistant nurse manager and multiple Senior RNs, all working together to provide comprehensive care to this specific population of patients. This Nurse will have the opportunity to continue growth and development of their career under the direction and mentorship of a great team in a world-class department.
This well developed hospital/health care center consists of state of the art technology, servicing a new hospital as well as patients being treated for their diseases in an outpatient setting. The Outpatient Clinics Nurse Manager will join a department that is known for excellent care and playing a significant role in quality and treatment.
The Outpatient Clinics Nurse Manager will be in charge of overseeing that ambulatory care provided by nurses is efficient and thorough. This involves keeping staff up to date with current best practices and making sure they are following guidelines set by the hospital. In addition, the position requires collaboration with the Ambulatory Service Line Director and physicians to achieve the highest level of operational and clinical efficiency that aligns with the system s standards and values. The Outpatient Clinics Nurse Manager will also have opportunities to develop their staff through education and quality improvement initiatives.
