VP Of Partnerships, CentralVia is using technology to transform transportation around the world. From changing a single person's daily commute to reducing humanity's collective environmental footprint we've got huge goals.As VP of Partnerships, you'll be the face and voice of Via for our partners both internally and externally in the Central Region. You will lead and develop our talented team of account leads to bring Via's growth to the next level.What You'll Do:Build and manage a team of high performing sales and account managersBuild and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities in your region with a focus on strategic accounts with state, local and national transit authorities and large private sector transportation providersBecome an expert on the Via platform; display a deep understanding of its functionality, features, and impact for clientsDevelop insights regarding customer use-cases; position and present Via as an ideal solution for client needsStrategically navigate the buying and renewal processes; communicate tactfully and persuasively with stakeholders and budget decision makersEnsure the partnerships team you manage focuses on customer centricity, ensuring they are maximizing Via's value; oversee renewal and expansion process with existing clientsPartner closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Expansion, Growth, and Product to drive operational and product improvementsBe the face of Via in your region, speaking at conferences, establishing key relationships with the press and advising on local marketing plansActively research the competitive landscape -- identifying market, product, and pricing trends -- and succinctly share findings with key stakeholders to ensure that we're always one step aheadWho You AreAn experienced and exceptional leader with demonstrated success in managing teams of 10+ highly skilled employeesAn outstanding track record in enterprise software/SaaS sales (8+ years) or a strong background in consulting (including strong public sector relationships), preferably in fast-paced product-driven environmentsExpertise in prospecting, cross-selling, and developing relationships with senior level officials and executivesA history of demonstrated quota achievement and consistent territory growthExcellent written and verbal communication; whether in customer conversations, product presentations, or written proposals, you always strike the right tone and communicate clearly and persuasivelySuperb commercial intuition and exceptional judgment -- you know when to push and when to yield in maximizing the value of a potential dealPassionate and relentless about growth; you're not deterred by setbacks and enjoy the process of building high-value relationships over timeWilling to travel 50% as neededCompensation and Benefits:Final compensation will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skillsTotal Earnings Range, inclusive of base and variable: $300,000-$450,000Robust equity packageWe are proud to offer a generous and comprehensive benefits package, including free medical plans and 401K matchingWe're Via, and we build technology that changes the way the world moves.
