Requirements:

Licensing: Hold a State Physical Therapy license from the Physical Therapy Board of California.

Mobility: Maintain a valid driver's license for patient visits.
Certifications: Keep your CPR certification and TB clearance current.
Essential Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy within home health settings.
Required License or Certification:
A valid Physical Therapy license.
