The Greeley Team is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Clerk to help us achieve our goals.We Ask Of You To:Follow SOPs, GMPs and perform work in a safe manner by following safety procedures and policies, critical safety rules, and expected standard conduct. Maintain 5S standards.Communicate effectively in relaying information to team members, team leads, supervisors, and managers as applicable.Provide accurate and timely coordination of all cheese, protein, lactose, and non-fat dry milk shipments from, to, and between Leprino facilities and outside suppliers.Effectively coordinate the shipment and receipt of packages with internal departments of the plant.Have strong time management and organizational skills.Meet food safety and quality requirements by following the Food Safety Plan, Quality Plan and company policies.We Offer You In Return: At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role is $28.10 per hour. Your impact will be noticed and rewarded, as you seek to further our company, our customers, and one another.You Must Have (Minimum Qualifications):Must be 18 years of ageMust be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend basic English languageAbility to evaluate and identify mechanical conditions and make adjustments or corrective action as necessaryAbility to access elevated work areas such as climbing ladders/stairsAbility to complete written reports, and enter data into and pull data from computer systemsBasic math skills to be able to perform mathematical functionsAbility to understand and apply standard operating proceduresAbility to maintain clean work area according to good manufacturing processesAbility to wear required personal protective equipment and comply with all applicable safety practicesGood communication skills to communicate with co-workers and oncoming/outgoing shiftsMust be able to operate personal computer software, SAP, FEDEX/UPS shipping portals, as well as other office equipment.Ability to perform warehouse operator dutiesBasic knowledge of office equipment, material handling equipment, process, packaging, and palletizing equipment, and general parts information; experience operating material handling equipment including sit down; floor scrubbers and proficient skills in data entry, email, internet, Microsoft Office software, and computerized management systems (e.g. SAP).Basic familiarity with all aspects of warehouse operations including, SAP or a similar inventory system, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (such as hand held bar code scanner, cycle counting, directed put away), Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets and 10-key, and the analysis/creating of BOL, COA, and other shipping/receiving documentation.We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):Experience in a dairy/food manufacturing environment is preferredExperience with standup forklifts is preferredExperience with shipping and receiving, including unloading/loading trucks is preferredExperience with reviewing and ensuring accuracy of shipping/receiving documentation is preferredThe culture of Leprino Foods is built by a family of passionate employees who believe in what they do, who understand the value of teamwork and understand that no one person is greater than the other.
